Integrated Family Support Worker 
Part Time 30 Hours per week

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for a Integrated Family Support Worker to join our busy Family Support team.

The successful applicant will have;

• An Appropriate tertiary qualification in social work or welfare studies.
• Experience and skills in providing support and casework to families 
• Experience in child centred family inclusive practice. 
• Current drivers licence
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• An understanding of the issues related to families at risk.
• Demonstrated written and verabl skills including computer literacy.
