We are currently seeking a Quality, Clinical and Capability Manager to join our growing team. As a Quality, Clinical and Capability Manager you will be responsible for leading Claro’s quality, clinical and workforce development functions, in line with established frameworks to support delivery of high-quality outcomes. The role has direct management responsibility for a national team of Regional Clinical Managers, quality service and training staff. Each day will look a little different, but your key responsibilities will likely include:

· Lead and oversee continuous improvement initiatives in a timely manner, including audit outcomes, customer and staff feedback, complaints, and risk management

· Drive implementation of Claro’s workforce development plan

· Engage with service delivery leaders to embed quality improvement as central to good customer outcomes

· Lead the implementation of the Claro Quality Improvement Plan which outlines activities to deliver improved outcomes for customers

· Negotiate and manage internal and external review and audits, incorporating audit recommendations and actions into the Quality Improvement Plan and evaluating effectiveness of their implementation

· Maintain in-depth and current understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements and industry standards

What you’ll bring

As a Quality, Clinical and Capability Manager, you will have demonstrated experience and skills in Quality and Workforce Development and have knowledge and experience in the Disability and Aged Care sector. To do well in this role, you will/may have:

· Tertiary qualifications in health or a related field

· Broad knowledge and understanding of issues associated with the NDIS, Aged Care services, individual support funding, and other community services

· Demonstrated experience and skills in quality services management and workforce development

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to lead geographically diverse teams
