About the company
Working within a medium aged care service close to the Port Douglas region of QLD you will be supported by the wider management team within this leading NFP organisation.
The role
As a Facility Manger, you will be supported by a Clinical Care Manager plus a wider leadership team, to provide day to day operational & clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members.
You will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.
Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI’s, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.
Summary of Duties
Provide operational oversight to residents & care staff
Ensure occupancy levels are met & maintained
Ensure KPI’s, budgets and financial goals are achieved
HR & staffing support
Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met
Skills and Experience
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Previous experience within aged care leadership role
Accreditation knowledge & experience
Understanding & working knowledge of ACFI processes
Experience with finance, budget & occupancy management
Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement
Consultative & effective communication skills
