Macpherson Smith Residential Care is a 36 bed facility providing quality care to our community. We are a caring and energetic team who share the likeminded goal of providing excellence in residential care. Our home is well supported by our Allied Health and Leisure and Lifestyle team to deliver personalised care, individual choice and quality outcomes for all people.

About the role:

We are looking for leaders with a true passion for aged care, a strong focus on person centered care and who can demonstrate an ability to work within our organizational values of Community CARE, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence

Successful applicants must have:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• Proof of Flu vaccine and Immunisation record
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Experience in working in an “in charge” capacity
