This leadership role is critical to the success of our organisation as we work to transform and position ourselves as a care provider of choice in an increasingly resident driven market. This is a rewarding, holistic role in leading improvements and efficiencies where you will be working strategically across the entire length and breadth of the business.

As one of our Regional Managers within our Residential Aged Care (RAC) team, you will be responsible for;

  • Acting as an effective conduit between on-site Residential Managers and Support Office functions;
  • Ensuring onsite compliance standards around Accreditation, WHS and Food Standards are continually applied;
  • Effectively managing P&Ls and providing high level analysis of data and commercial reporting around Occupancy, resourcing and ACFI;
  • Successfully leading teams through change management processes;
  • Working collaboratively with all levels of care home staff through complex accreditation processes.

As our preferred candidate you will have significant experience working as a senior Manager where you have successfully managed multiple sites. You’ll bring a collaborative and creative approach to your work as well as a demonstrated track record for building and leading strong teams. Importantly, you’ll also be able to strike a positive balance between the professional, commercial and care aspects of your role and our organisation. 

A background in healthcare or human services related industries will be highly valued.

Additionally, this is a role that requires within state travel and being highly contactable in a collaborative and helpful manner. On offer is the opportunity to lead an experienced, supportive team and instigate significant positive change.
