About the role

If you are a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner looking for the opportunity to change lives, we’d love you to join their team!

The successful candidates must be able to travel across Australia and be able to work collaboratively within a close team to develop clinical, care and commercial solution for their clients. 

The roles also offers a high level of autonomy unique in the sector and the opportunity to travel Australia. 

You will report into the Operations Manager and have a critical role in the firm's core services, including:

  • Supporting clients in the development of high-quality care services and systems, delivering optimum client outcomes and compliance with the Accreditation Standards.
  • The development and implementation of staff education and review of rostering and allocation systems to ensure high standards of clinical governance and staffing efficiencies.
  • Assisting in the capital development process to ensure the design of new homes, supports contemporary care models, optimises resident satisfaction and sustainable operations.
  • The review and development of models of care.
  • Change management and operational recovery acting as Nurse Advisor/Administrator.
  • Interim facility/organisation management.

 What you will need to have...

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Current Driver's Licence 
  • Ability to travel across your home state for extended periods, remaining away from home and also interstate as required. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible work environment.
  • Sound knowledge of the Accreditation Standards
  • Rostering and staff system development
  • Knowledge of and experience with the use of an electronic care system
  • Working knowledge of ACFI processes
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Current driver’s licence
