Must Have The Following Skills And Qualifications

AHS is a registered service provider for NDIS. We have an urgent requirement for a confident, compassionate, and reliable support worker with substantial experience in disability support work.

  • Certificate III or IV Disability Support/Aged Care/Individual Support/AIN Certificate
  • Professional, strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Confident, compassionate, and reliable.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a full driving license and own car.
  • Must have flexible availability.
  • Is adept in cooking and meal preparation
  • Prior DSW preferred but not essential
Employment Requirements:
  • Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid First Aid
  • Valid CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Driver's license (if required)
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • WWC (if required)
  • Blue card/ Yellow Card
  • Must be available for one shift per week (weekday) in the mornings from 6.30 am to 9.00 am
  • 2 shifts a week (Tues and Fri) in the afternoons from 2.30-5.30 pm.
  • Must Live no further than 20 minutes travel from Fortitude Valley.
