Quality & Compliance Coordinator - Melbourne - CONTRACT

We require a senior Registered Nurse with extensive experience in quality, compliance and ACFI to represent this dynamic aged care organisation. This head office based appointment will require an experienced aged care professional to work closely with Facility Managers to assist with infection control, ACFI, compliance and quality improvement.

The Role:
  • Quality improvement 
  • Risk & Compliance 
  • ACFI support 
  • Provide support, guidance and education of staff 
  • Analysing data and creating reports and filling gaps
  • Continuous improvement
  • Improve the systems and operations within the residential services.
To be considered for this role: 
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Experience in quality auditing, gap analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Residential Aged Care Sector including quality standards, relevant legislation and regulatory environment
  • Experience in service delivery and service improvement in the provision of residential aged care services
  • Ability to work autonomously and be proactive
