- This technology has been created to address the social, emotional and financial challenges which exist in the aged care industry and enhance personalisation, transparency and family engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
- As a key member of the leadership team, reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Manager will actively participate and contribute towards the growth and success of the business, with a focus on developing and growing market presence and market share, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying and leveraging market opportunities to ensure sustainable growth and profitability of the business.
- This role will establish brand awareness in the aged care industry and the community and develop and implement overall sales and customer strategies to deliver on planned business growth.
- You will identify and maximise market opportunities to strengthen market competitiveness and participate and contribute to the development and implementation of overall business strategies and plans.
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in medical sales/business development with at least 5 years of demonstrated sales achievements selling in the aged care industry.
- Superior presentation and influencing skills with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Sound working knowledge of regulations governing the aged care industry.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and effectively manage business challenges.
