The demand for quality in-home and community care is rapidly growing, and our teams are growing to meet it! We’re now seeking a motivated person to join our experienced and down-to earth team in NSW.

As a Regional Executive Manager, you will be owning the execution and delivery of business strategy in the NSW region. You will focus on quality, efficiency and productivity and be responsible for the overall achievement of a balanced scorecard across sustainable growth, people, culture and values, risk and safety, and customer experience.

Each day may be different, but your core responsibilities will likely include:

  • Leading, training, coaching, supporting and developing your team by leading by example
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, observing behaviours and validating results, holding people accountable and providing recognition
  • Ensuring consistent customer satisfaction; delivery of reliable, quality, individually tailored, compliant, customer-centric complex care and solutions
  • Development of a business plan and analyse and track utilisation, optimisation, revenue growth, EBITDA & team performance to ensure ongoing delivery of a balanced scorecard
  • Management of operational budgets, expenditure and controllable costs
  • Successfully manage and close risk incidents, providing consequences and training as required to prevent recurrence

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a client focused and experienced leader with excellent problem-solving and time management skills and a passion for the disability sector. Our ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated experience in a key leadership position in the industry. To do well in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive leadership experience in health, particularly client/case management, quality management, incident management and resolution
  • Great knowledge of the health sector, NDIS, Aged Care services and packages, individual support funding and other community services in the disability and aged care sector
  • Knowledge of sector growth opportunities and ability to travel for relationship building and team management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of P&L and the ability to meet financial objectives
  • Excellent analytical skills and high level of computer literacy
