Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a division of leading WA aged care organisation Amana Living Inc. We have delivered quality aged, disability and allied health accredited and non-accredited training to thousands of Western Australians over the past two decades. ALTI has been providing training since 1998, and Amana Living has served the community since 1962.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
To coordinate all B2B care training related activities including marketing and business development and provide a high level of customer service to Amana Living Training Institute’s external clients in order to meet sales targets under the guidance of Director of ALTI.

The Corporate Business Account Executive plays an active role in maintaining Amana Living’s Philosophy of Care and in living the 3Rs culture.

Key responsibilities will include:
Achieving sales targets and marketing objectives for B2B care training products
Identifying, building and developing relationships with B2B clients.
Supporting the implementation of key programs which differentiate and enhance our standing in the healthcare market.
Respond to client enquires via phone, email and in person
Provide excellent customer service, advice, guidance and support to B2B clients/students regarding Amana Living Training Institute’s Training services
Assist with marketing, business development, brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with marketing department
Analyse market trends, monitor competition and follow current development
Find prospective customers and new target segments
Develop training proposals/service level agreements for external providers as required
Conduct training needs analysis for clients as required
Increase market share of care training products throughout WA each year consistently.
Contribute, plan and attend trade shows
Facilitate the processing of invoices and book training courses for corporate clients

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
You are ideally qualified in Healthcare or Business discipline
Clinical experience will be highly regarded
A proven track record in sales, account, and relationship management
Strong Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Ideally some B2B Sales experience will be highly regarded
Self-assured and persuasive
Quick thinking and an ethical professional who excels working in a targeted environment
Excellent networking skills and strategic focus to drive growth in B2B care training
Broad knowledge of educational theory, including knowledge of Adult Learning Principles (preferred but not essential)
National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months)
Successful completion of pre-medical form and reference checks
Current ‘c’ class drivers licence and a fully insured and registered personal motor vehicle

High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and be responsive to change
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities successfully in a high stress environment.
Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills
Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs analysis
