Position Summary

About The Role

Summary of the role: This role is a member of the well-established and supportive Aged Care Quality Team and is responsible for providing support and guidance to Aged Care homes and Home Care Services with compliance against the Aged Care Quality Standards and expertise to assist with the monitoring, evaluation and continual improvement of systems and processes to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care is provided to our Home Care clients and Aged Care residents.

  • Permanent, full time
  • Based in Victoria with occasional travel required to other states and the Richmond head office

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or acceptable equivalent
  • At least three years experience in quality management systems in healthcare settings
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple teams
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills
