This Role

Heathcote Health is looking to appoint a Nurse Practitioner (NP) on a permanent part-time. This exciting position has scope to work across our organisation as well as targeting identified service gaps within the community. We are looking to work with your skillset and develop a model that best fits a small rural health service that encompasses aged, community, acute and urgent care within your skill set.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Care, the NP will provide expert advanced clinical care, advice and clinical leadership in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, Local Medical Officers and external stakeholders. This role will work collaboratively with existing NP models of care.
