About The Role


We are advertising for two permanent positions - one full time, one part time to join the team at Kingston Community Rehabilitation. The role will involve individual and group work and the work will be in both the centre and in the client's home. You will work under the delegation of Allied Health Professionals and be a vital part of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.


About You:



  • You must possess a Certificate IV ( Allied Health Assistant ), or equivalent

  • A driver's License

  • Preferably greater than 4 years AHA experience with some hospital experience

  • A positive approach

  • Ability to work independently

  • Dedicated to safe best practice and quality care

  • You are an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles
