Our dedicated KinCare team support our Customers in their homes and provide the helping hand that makes all the difference. No two days will ever be the same, we provide constant variety and challenge as we support a diverse range of valued customers.

The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth we have numerous opportunities to join our team who provide a range of support and services to our Customers from medication, personal care and bowel care, through to social support, transport, domestic and rehabilitation assistance. Our teams support Customers across Wollongong and surrounding suburbs. Our current employment opportunities are available on a casual basis:

• Option 1: Availability across: Mon - Friday between 8am to 3pm

The Area

Joining our exceptional team means you have the opportunity to assist our Customers throughout the Shoalhaven region, including surrounding suburbs. Flexibility is key - we will go anywhere to assist our Customers!

Subject to eligibility, there is an opportunity to complete a fully funded short course in Essentials of Aged Care, providing a pathway into a Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Aging Support - speak to our recruitment specialist to understand more

About you

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

• Proven industry experience (minimum 12 months) and/or Qualifications. We also have entry roles available that do not require any level experience or qualifications
• Passionate, caring with a "Here to Help" mindset
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Smart Mobile Phone and Internet access
