We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager for a beautiful aged care facility on the Sunshine Coast!

In fulfilling the role, it is important that you have:

• Minimum 4 Years experience as a facility manager in a residential setting
• Demonstrated experience with aged care accreditation standards, aged care legislation and a strong working knowledge of ACFI;
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence all stakeholders to achieve outcomes;
• Budgeting and financial management acumen;
• Ability to put systems and processes in place at every level of a new business/facility;
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal;
• AHPRA Registered
