Your new company
Our client is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a team of Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupation Therapists and Family Services dedicated to improving children's and teen's lives. This growing organisation is currently operating five centres around the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions and looks forward to welcoming a new Centre Coordinator for their centre based within the Outer Northern suburbs.

Your new role
As the Centre Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities;

  • Providing a welcoming and pleasant customer service experience for patients and their families
  • Answering and re-directing phone calls
  • Booking and re-arranging appointments for health practitioners
  • Invoicing clients through CRM system
  • Entering, updating and setting up clients in the CRM system
  • Ensure client packs have relevant information, following up missing documents
  • NDIS and Medicare knowledge billing
  • Handling client complaints and enquiries
  • Ensure the centre is running smoothly and escalating to management when required
  • General administrative and office support tasks as directed from management

What you'll need to succeed
We strongly encourage you to apply should you have the following skills and attributes;
  • Experience working within similar Reception, Business Support and Administration Assistant positions, preferably within the Aged Care, Community Care, Allied Health and Disability sector
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced/high volume environment
  • Ability to multi-task between administration, phones and customer service duties
  • NDIS experience/knowledge highly advantageous
  • Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
  • High standard of presentation and communication skills
  • Previous experience utilising CRM systems
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Full-time availability Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
