Full Job Description

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is the leading healthcare recruitment solutions provider in Australia, with operations in every state and territory. Our Rural & Remote team supports rural & remote communities in having 24/7 access to healthcare in hospitals, clinics, residential aged care facilities, quarantine hotels and the community.


The Rural & Remote division has experienced significant growth and due to internal promotion, we are seeking a Team Leader to support a local, high performing team of 3 in our Perth Office. This role will be supported by the National R&R Management Team to ensure the engaged & knowledgeable (but still junior) WA team are able to continue to grow their business knowledge, surpass targets and handle whatever the days throw at them – hopefully whilst still smiling most of the time!


Additionally, the Team Leader will nurture valued, existing client relationships, in addition to forging new relationships and seeking out opportunities for growth of the R&R footprint in WA & SA. This role will convert client demand into filled placements and manage all logistical, financial, and business aspects of the placement process at a client level, with the support of the two client logistics administrators based in the Perth office, plus the nationally based R&R Team.

  • Possess excellent customer service skills and be prepared to go above and beyond to ensure our client have their needs met

  • Have demonstrated advanced IT skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and determine solutions
  • Have exceptional time management, organisational & written & verbal communication skills
