About Our Client
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven BDM who thrives in a busy, fast paced, innovative environment to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing net new business opportunities. This role will play a fundamental part in achieving their ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Job Description
- Developing and converting a pipeline of clients which are typically operating in the personal injury or healthcare management sectors, Workers Compensation, Life Insurance, Self-Insurance, Government, Legal, Aged Care, Disability etc
- Your targets will include both revenue and profit financial targets while also working to develop new revenue streams through a focus on innovation
- Tenders, proposals, contract negation and contract management inc SLA's
- Working with the implementation, operations, provider and technology teams to optimise client outcomes
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years' BDM experience in Healthcare or Technology
- Extensive consultative sales experience and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and highly developed commercial acumen in a competitive environment
- The passion to provide exceptional client service with outstanding communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to hustle to client requirements
