The role:

In this part time role, you will ensure that we comply with our policies, procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements.

What will I be doing?

  • Develop, implement, coordinate and monitor the Compliance Framework and Compliance Audit calendar
  • Work with our organisation's policy owners, Governance Committees and Quality and Emergency Manager providing support, reporting, training and maintenance of documentation
  • Foster relationship management and communication to build a Risk Management and Compliance culture within the organisation
  • Provide written reports to the Lead Internal Auditor and Compliance Manager and Governance Committees on compliance matters

What will you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in audit and/or risk management and/or legal compliance
  • Demonstrated problem solving, stakeholder engagement, facilitation and priorities management
  • Experience in the Aged Care industry is highly desirable
  • Strong reporting skills

Qualifications, Certificates and Registrations:

  • Degree in Business or Law
  • Cert IV in Compliance and Risk Management and/or Diploma in Quality Auditing
