Unique opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in rural NSW where you get to work across four health facilities – Condobolin, Trundle , Tullamore, Tottenham relieving nursing staff whilst they have leave.

If you are a RN who wants to fast track your career, then we have a fabulous role for you! Our rural based multidisciplinary facilities cover primary health, child and family health, community mental health and alcohol and drug services. Some facilities also offer emergency, acute care, aged care and allied health. Rural based positions offer the opportunity to expand your skills and fast track your career through gaining a breadth of experience that takes years to achieve in larger facilities. All of this in a stimulating and supportive workplace

Where you’ll be working:
All four facilities are nestled in the heart of the Central West, Condobolin Health Service is a acute facility with 22 acute bed (occupancy 3-7), 2 ED beds, medical imaging and a range of primary and Community Health Services. It has a mixed medical model of VMO Monday – Friday, Virtual GP service after hours. It has clinical support of Critical access cameras.

Tottenham Health Service is a 10 bed Multi-purpose facility. It composes of 6 Residential Aged Care Beds (High & Low Care), 4 Acute Beds and an Emergency Department which is open 24hrs per day.

Tottenham has a Co Located GP practice operating 3 days per week. The GP also has visiting rights to the hospital and outside of these hours we use Virtual Rural Generalist Service (VRGS) which offers 24hr cover.

Trundle Health Service is an 11 bed multi-purpose facility. It comprises of 9 Residential Aged Care beds (low & high care), 2 acute beds and an Emergency Department open 24hrs a day.

Trundle has a local GP Practice on site operating 3 days a week. The GP also has visiting rights to the hospital and outside of these hours we use the Remote Medical Consult, which offer 24hr cover.

Tullamore Health Service is a 16 bed Multi-purpose facility. It composes of 12 Residential Aged Care Beds (High & Low Care), 4 Acute Beds and an Emergency Department which is open 24hrs per day.

Tullamore has a Co Located GP practice operating 2 days per week. The GP also has visiting rights to the hospital and outside of these hours we use Virtual Rural Generalist Service (VRGS) which offers 24hr cover.
