About the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the organisational quality and compliance program to meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Based in Queanbeyan, you will be conducting audits across the various Warrigal locations mainly Calwell and Stirling in the ACT and Queanbeyan.

To be successful you will need:
Registered Nurse with current Registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Minimum 5 years experience working in the Aged Care industry in a quality or similar role
Demonstrated auditing experience
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports
Proven attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines
Demonstrate a proficiency using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
Understanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards
Drivers License
