About the role:
Working in reception you will be interacting with the public, and more importantly older people. Using your administration and customer service skills you will ensure the effective operation of the front desk including the use of computer applications for the management of data bases and word processing.

There are a a fixed term full time position for 3 months.

To be successful you will need:
At least 2 years previous experience in office administration.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Demonstrated high level of oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures including cash handling and data entry.
Computer skills to intermediate level including the use of MS Office applications.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and basic trouble shooting skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
An affinity with older people.
Current drivers licence.
Understanding of WHS, equity and privacy principles.
