Our client has an active expansion plan and visions for growth. They are seeking a Finance Manager who is looking to become an integral member of the organisation.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO and with full responsibility for the accounting function, this role will incorporate the following:

  • Produce Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reporting packs, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and accounting standards
  • Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Act
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, analysing variance, trends and anomalies
  • Prepare and monitor project accounts and budgets
  • Oversight of the AP and AR function
  • Responsibility for the annual audit
  • Review existing practices and implement improvements.

The Successful Applicant

With experience in the aged care industry, you will be fully adept at managing a full finance function in a small to medium sized organisation. You will be comfortable liaising with all levels and have excellent communication and relationship building skills. Knowledge of the Aged Care Act will be highly regarded.
