Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide efficient and confidential support to the Clinical Director Paediatrics in their leadership role and provide support for the senior and junior medical workforce with unit based administrative requirements

0.6 Eft - 6 shifts per fortnight

ABOUT YOU:
Proven skills and experience as an administrative assistant including preparation and oversight of workforce rosters, agenda and minute taking, and diary management
Demonstrated experience working with senior management and working within a complex environment
An understanding of health care in the public sector
Flexible with ability to adapt to changing work environments and competing priorities and work to deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
Proficiency in the use of MS Office including word and excel at an intermediate level
