About the role 

As the WA Leader, you will work alongside the Executive Management team & be responsible for the the overall operations for the state that has grown to 12 clinics with 100+ multidisciplinary clinicians operating within a variety of therapy services throughout the state. 

You will play a vital role in improving team engagement, business growth, performance, staff development & customer outcomes whilst also driving a culture of excellence throughout the company. You will be awarded the autonomy to affect change within the organisation, developing new strategies & initiatives from inception to support the strategic direction of the business and help a highly qualified team of healthcare professionals support individuals to reach their goals & potential on a daily basis. 

Key selection criteria 

  • 4+ years demonstrated management experience in the health or human services industry 
  • Knowledge of regulatory framework & best practice for Allied Health & NDIS services 
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health preferred along with a business related qualification or industry relevant experience 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence both internal & external stakeholders 
  • Strong business & commercial acumen skills 
  • Demonstrated operational & team management experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects and delivering success within designated budgets & timeframes
