About the Role:
We have an exciting vacancy at our new aged care facility. This is a frontline role requiring excellent customer service skills and commitment to our values. The purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support within the aged care facility and promote the importance of the Volunteering and provide support, guidance and mentoring to those who are successfully recruited as volunteers at our site.

Duties, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
- Demonstrated evidence of proving a highly professional client centred service
- Experience using MS Office suite is a must.
- Experience with accounting software MYOB or similar essential.
- Ensure all Volunteers have a thorough orientation to the site / role & are clear on the scope of their contribution to individual Residents and community.
- To ensure all Volunteers work cooperatively with the RAC teams & any issues of concern are identified & managed in a timely manner.
- To build professional relationships - with volunteers, staff, residents, local community and other stakeholders
- Previous experience working in a similar role in the aged care sector as well as experience as a Personal Care Assistant would be an advantage
