JOB DESCRIPTION
Guardian Network is a leading In-home care provider in Victoria and Tasmania (non-profit organisation. We have been providing Care with Compassion since 1998 with great success and are currently expanding our services in Hastings and surrounding areas.
We provide a range of Aged Care services as follows;
- Transporting clients to appointments, outings and social engagements
- Provide domestic assistance and household cleaning services
- Meal preparation
- Assisting with personal care including showering, dressing etc
- Providing companionship and respite care
- 24 hour and overnight care
- Palliative care etc
Requirements for the role:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability
- Current 2nd year Nursing student (should have completed Cert III equivalent placements)
- Valid Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
- Mobile phone and email address
- Minimum 10-15 hours availability per week (weekends additional)
