Permanent Part Time: Approx 34 hours per fortnight

6 to 7 shifts per fortnight from 3pm to 8pm (subject to change)

MMC - Health Information Services (HIS) is looking for enthusiastic, flexible, committed and experienced Customer Service/ Admission Administration Clerk, with outstanding customer service to join our team at Monash Medical Centre Clayton - Main Reception/Admissions.

About Our Team and the Role

The Customer Service and Admissions role is primarily responsible for providing an excellent first impression of Monash Heath.

In this clerical role your primary responsibilities will include:

Provide customers exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone;
Complete and ensure accurate data entry when admitting, updating patient details and registering visitors for contract tracing on the Patient administrative system (iPM),other data entry and administrative duties as required (as outlined on the attached PD)

Operating Hours

The Monash Medical Centre (MMC) Clayton Main Reception/Admissions Department is open from 7 a.m. through to 8 p.m, 7 days per week including public holidays, with the potential of operating hours to be changed and extended as the service continues to grow.

The successful applicants will be required to work shifts allocated to Monday to Sunday roster.
