Role: Senior Service Delivery Officer, COVID-vac PMO (Role until - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary:
The COVID-vac group is responsible for managing and coordinating the roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccination to the state of Victoria. Operating as a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, the group will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver an effective and efficient immunisation campaign.
The Data Steward will work in the newly established CVMS Business Operations Centre and interact closely with the CVMS delivery teams, COVID Vaccine functional branches, Data, Intelligence, Modelling and Epidemiology teams responsible for COVID vaccine data. The Steward will be responsible for the accuracy, quality and maintenance of the data in CVMS, feeder systems and uploads into the Australian Immunity Register.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the policy, procedures and practices in setting and maintaining the data quality in the Covid Vaccine Management System (CVMS)
- Provide expert advice on the quality, accuracy and relevance of data
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions.
- Identify current and future data requirements trends and provide input into continuous improvement recommendations.
- Review and govern data management requirements
- Establish and maintain a Data Management Strategy for CVMS
- Establish the data policy, classification and security (including managing the security matrix) under this strategy
- Develop and maintain a data dictionary for the Vaccine Program
- Define and maintain the data reporting requirements (DIME, hub feeds, CVMS Reports, Dashboards, etc)
- Define and manage the relevant data integrations (AusVaxSafety, AIR, SAFEVIC), Integration APIs
- Review data uploads, handling exceptions and queries
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the department and work in collaboration with key stakeholders.
