About The role

Reporting to the Head of Technology, The IT Systems Manager will be primarily responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of core business systems especially the CRM.

You will also lead a small team of Technical Support resources ensuring a high level of technical support for the business. You will also provide high level stakeholder engagement across a national business of geographically disperse office locations and work collaboratively with the head of Technology to implement their data and technology strategy.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the IT support function for the whole organisation
Proactively analyse usage of systems to develop recommendations for improvements
Ensure / Implement best practice for all areas of IT Service Management
Review systems (primarily CRM) to ensure people, business processes and systems are in alignment
Drive the implementation and continuous development of information systems including communicating system changes or requirements
Conduct routine maintenance of systems as needed to assist with system security and integrity
Effectively capture, report and manage all user issues with systems until they are effectively resolved
Be the last escalation point for any problems and issues
Management of all change requests

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in IT management, Operations and ITSM
Leadership / Management experience. Managing a small team (5) of technical support resources.
The ability to troubleshoot and solve customer problems.
Really strong technical knowledge and exposure (Infrastructure, Applications, CRM)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
High level of organisation and prioritisation skills
Experience with deploying, supporting and developing CRM (Sales Force/Dynamics/Sugar etc) systems
Advanced Microsoft 365 administration skills
Ability to apply technical systems knowledge to identify route cause of issues, troubleshoot, and present solution
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills
Proven experience in delivering a quality IT support function. Quality driven
