They are seeking an experienced Senior Property Valuer to join their team to further develop their success. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Understanding of all Property Valuation aspects, specifically in the Health, Retirement & Aged Care Sector
• Develop strong client relationships and manage requirements
• Participation in marketing activities
• Comply with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland, API and Banking Valuation Standards
• Support management in the identification of new clients & business

About you:

• Previous Property Valuation Experience within the Health, Retirement and Aged Care Sector
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with various clients and stakeholders
• Ability to contribute to the team and management
• API Membership or willingness to join
