About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability, the main focus of this role will:

  • Lead the learning and development initiatives that support a workplace culture aligned with our Employee Value Proposition
  • Manage the Benetas Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensure the ‘Benetas Essentials’ mandatory learning and Benetas-wide induction are fit for purpose
  • Manage the reporting on learning related to the Essentials and induction
  • Coordinate the Benetas Spark traineeship employment and capability program

About You

So that we can ensure your success in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or commensurate experience in Learning and Development or HR
  • A good understanding of contemporary learning and development approaches, and how these can be applied in aged care
  • High level communication, presentation, facilitating, coaching and influencing skills
  • Highly developed project and change management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Strong technology literacy with experience in creating and managing organisational reporting, and using excel to manipulate data
  • A track record of success in delivering and embedding learning and development initiatives in a multi-site organisation
