Are you social media wiz with a love of all things digital?

AusCare Home & Community Care (AusCare) is a National Community Services Organisation approved by the Australia Government to provide Care services and is driven by a motivated team inspired by helping the aging and disability population in Australia.

We specialize in the Aged Care industry and we’re looking to bring on a talented Social Media Intern to join our team.

Based in our Sydney office, you will be supporting the Marketing and design team, where you will be involved in creating and monitoring social media posts.

The ideal applicant will be a current or recently graduated university student and possess an understanding of the digital media space, including all social media platforms. You’ll also have a passion for producing great content!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating engaging social media posts across assigned platforms
  • Draft and edit copy
  • Publish and schedule posts
  • Support the team with monitoring social media comments and reviews
  • Assist with any other required tasks required

  • Ability to integrate easily and work cooperatively in a busy yet fun and welcoming team environment
  • Confident, proactive, motivated, passionate and a ‘can do’ attitude

You will be required to work two to three days per week, from 10am to 5pm days negotiable.

Please note this is an unpaid internship, however successful candidates will gain perks.
