Benetas is a not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting older Victorians, their friends and carers, through a range of aged care, in-home services, retirement living and respite services. We have recently amalgamated with Macedon Ranges Health and now provide allied health services to those within the Macedon Ranges region. The Position:

We are seeking a full time Sales and Customer Relationship Consultants to join our team. In this rewarding position you support the Business to meet bed occupancy goals for our residential aged care facilities, by completing sales in an empathetic, consultative and person-centred customer service manner. Working on the road and from our facilities, you will work closely with our Customer Centre based in Mitcham to convert enquiries into sales opportunities. You will be part of a small energetic advisory team which provides information and support to families and individuals inquiring about aged care options. You will promote and offer Benetas services that suit their individual needs and circumstances.

You will:

  • Have previous sales and customer service experience
  • Have exemplary organisational skills, resilience and ability to understand business demands
  • Be friendly, positive and naturally able to build relationships that make a difference
  • Have high emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Be honest, helpful and dependable - a real team player
  • Treat others with dignity and respect
  • Have knowledge of aged care services, finances and terminology
  • Have tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Marketing or have relevant sales experience
