About the role

Working within the Digital Team, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of business solutions by determining project requirements. This will include communicating with key stakeholders to bridge the gap between ICT and business services, analyse existing and future systems, determine solutions, and identification/improvement of business workflows. Your previous business analyst experience will be required to analyse data to draw business relevant conclusions, provide advice on data integration requirements to ensure functionality, and provide data visualisations.

Strong communication skills are essential for the writing of business cases, ensuring policies and procedures are accurately documented. You will utilise your experience in the healthcare sector to ensure the delivery of ongoing, high quality patient care, taking into account the needs of different services. Customer orientated, you will constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve , fulfil end-user requirements, and deliver better value to the customer. What you bring

  • Demonstrated previous experience as a Business Analyst in an ICT function
  • Proven analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • A strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Experience within the healthcare sector and exposure to clinical systems will be highly regarded
  • Formal qualifications in ICT, Health Informatics, or Business Management will be advantageous
