About the role

The Digital Lead Aged & Community Care will be responsible for developing a technology roadmap to deliver an innovative and integrated techniology platform for the Aged & Community Care sector of the organisation. Leading a project team, you will analyse and evaluate existing systems, assess alternate systems, and develop requirements and specifications to address the unique needs of Aged & Community Care.

Working with key stakeholders across the business and external vendors, you will ensure the roadmap business case aligns with the vision of an holistic integrated system. You will utilise your experience in the Aged & Community Care sector to advise on platforms, lead engagement with vendors, and provide expert subject matter advice. You will utilise your strong project management skills to develop timelines, actions, milestones and key acheivements, to ensure timely project completion. What you bring

  • Demonstrated consultative or project management experience with technology platforms within the Aged & Community Care sector
  • Functionl business knowledge of the Aged & Community Care sector
  • Experinece across healthcare journey mapping
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, including developing documents and reports
  • Willingness to travel
  • Qualifications in ICT or Health INformatics will be highly regarded
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
