- Excellent salary circa $120,000 package + salary packaging
My client provides excellent care in a boutique-style facility that is very homely. You will report directly to a Director of Aged Care with the experience to mentor you with a view to progress into that role in the future.
About the Role:
Oversee the clinical operations of the facility and ensure that it is focused on each individual need of the residents. Educate staff to deliver that care and update care plans. Work collaboratively with the Director of Care to develop and implement new policies and procedures. Work towards quality improvement and meet and exceed industry standards. You will be trusted to make changes and implement where needed to ensure the highest care is always provided.
Skills and Experience
- AHPRA Registration - DIV 1 RN.
- At least 5 years leadership experience within Aged Care.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI and auditing.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and experience with accreditations required.
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
- NFP Organisation
