JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking skilled Care Managers with strong leadership capabilities to oversee care delivery for our thriving facilities in Toowoomba, Stanthorpe, Warwick, Gooondiwindi, Pittsworth and Crows Nest Community Center.

You will be responsible for providing effective leadership of clinical and care staff by facilitating quality care based on assessed client's needs which will enhance and promote their quality of life.

In conjunction with your Community Services Coordinator youll be leading and growing the community services and ensuring client care is consistent with current best practices.

What you’ll need:

As an experienced leader, you’ll hold considerable knowledge of community care with practical experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within an aged/community setting.

You’ll have a solid understanding of the industries quality standards, frameworks, funding and how these have shaped care delivery for the sector.

You'll have:

  • Bachelor Level Qualifications in a Nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven leadership, coaching and development skills
  • Sound experience in management of budgets & financials
  • Ability to routinely problem-solve complex clinical scenarios
  • Evidence of innovative practices, through quality or service improvements
