  • Permanent Full-time position
  • Located in Richmond (travel required to establish a presence across sites)

Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources Health Services, you will work collaboratively with health services managers in providing day to day human resources support across multiple sites as well as contributing to strategic HR initiatives and projects. In conjunction with members of the local and Group HR teams, the HRBP delivers value added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of Mercy Health in line with policy, procedure and any other statutory obligations that achieve optimal outcomes.


  • A degree or Post Graduate Qualification in HR or a related discipline
  • 5 years experience in an HR generalist business partner role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • A high level of proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Extensive experience in developing and nurturing productive relationships with key stakeholders

With demonstrated experience in a generalist HR capacity you will have a strong understanding of case/issue management, award/agreement interpretation and a passion for providing quality, best practice HR Support.
