THE NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the CEO, you are responsible for driving acquisition and growing transacting users. You will be getting your hands dirty by continually implementing and testing effective campaigns in digital and offline marketing channels to unlock scalable acquisition channels.


INDUSTRY- THIS IS A SERVICE NOT A PRODUCT

NDIS, My Aged Care and the general Health care industry are highly regulated. You will need to build creative and cost effective campaigns, focus on brand reputation and below the line campaigns.

YOUR TEAM
Under your wing, you will have a talented team composed of a CRM manager and a community manager. Your key stakeholders will be our Head of Partnerships, Head of Product and the founders.


YOUR ROLE IN LIKE FAMILY:

  • Own growth in acquisition and transacting users

  • Manage our current digital marketing channels and unlock new scalable digital channels

  • Delivering an effective referral program, taking the digital and non-digital experience into account

  • Deep customer understanding - creating customer segments and prioritising them accordingly

  • Delivering targeted and personalised marketing journeys for priority customer segments

  • Work closely with the Customer, Product and business development teams to run test and deliver on campaigns and exceed targets and outcomes. Using tactical marketing campaigns to balance demand and supply.

  • Implement strategies to increase brand awareness by promoting our unique selling points

  • Deep understanding of google analytics and data. Always uses data to test and back up decisions. Understand that success or failure is dependent on metrics, not on general awareness or gut feel.

  • Understanding of quantitative data and ability to report insights is advantageous.

TO BE PART OF OUR FAMILY….

  • You have led marketing strategies that generate leads, and you have worked closely with BD and customer experience teams.

  • You have led B2C marketing models that drive users into a self-serve digital experience and understand how to manage their lifecycle. Highly desirable if you have had experience with two-sided marketplaces.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality procedures, laws and regulations of the applicable markets

  • Managed alliances with external co-marketing partners, negotiating and collaborating with them to ensure that the overall market is expanded.


ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, management, business administration and/or a relevant discipline

  • Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. You're comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage of success metrics.

  • Are a great communicator - you are clear and concise and you speak plainly and truthfully, which has gained you a great reputation as a manager, leader and teammate.

  • Has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365, Customer Relationship Management systems such as Hubspot, project management systems, P&L trackers and data analysis systems.

  • Understanding of, or commitment to the charitable sector and or highly regulated organizational setting is advantageous.
