About you
If you are passionate about aged care and providing high quality care to support older people to remain independently living in their own homes, this role is for you.
All services are delivered inline with a wellness and reablement approach with a focusing on the clients' abilities, supporting them to maintain and improve their independence.
Qualifications & Experience
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
Police check (or consent to conduct Police Check)
A strong commitment to working with older people or people with disability
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
A motor vehicle driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
