Zipline is the easiest way for residential aged care providers to automate visitor management. We are building a world-class visitor management platform that bridges the gap between ACQS compliance and outstanding visitor management, while ensuring the protection of RAC residents, visitors and employees.
Zipline was founded by RateIt with the goal to help residential aged care organizations navigate the challenges of managing compliance regulations and the needs of their residents during a pandemic. We’re already working with some of Australia's leading RAC providers, like St Vincents, Brightwater, Benetas, BlueWave Living, Presbyterian Aged Care, as well as many smaller organisations, to help them deliver exceptional visitor management experiences while enabling the best possible care for residents.

Zipline & RateIt are a modern ‘remote first’ SaaS team across Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Bali, Brisbane & Perth. This role is currently based out of Ballarat, with a planned move to Melton later in the year.

About this role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our startup while we are still in the ‘early days’ as an Operations Assistant. This role will play a large part in delivering our hardware solutions to our customers.
This role is a casual position, with possibilities for a larger role in the future.
Your role, supported by the Business Operations and Product teams, is focused primarily on setting up and distributing various hardware packages and solutions.
Setting up of customer devices
Ongoing management and support of customer devices
Handling packaging and shipping with a high level of detail and care
Managing inventory levels of various products
Supporting the product and support teams with ongoing projects
Helping to constantly improve product offerings and customer experience
