With ongoing growth to our community programs a permanent position has become available for a Rostering Officer to join the current team.

Selection Criteria

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service, communication and telephone skills;
  • An empathy along with an understanding of the elderly and those with disability;
  • Effective time management and organisational skills;
  • Sound knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; preferred but not essential knowledge of rostering data base.
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
  • An ability to work as part of a cohesive team.

A significant understanding of Aged Care, NDIS and experience in Customer Services would be an advantage.

Applications must address the selection criteria.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current National Police Reference Check (or the ability to obtain one)

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week.
