The Job
An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Delivery Consultant to join our ICT team. As part of the Help Central Service Desk, the position delivers support services to all users within the business, ensuring services are operating to optimum levels and other contractual obligations are maintained. The McKenzie Aged Care business is national, and the position may require travel within Victoria and interstate on an as-needed basis.

You bring: at least 12-months experience in a similar role working on Service Desk/Help Desk, fabulous communication, customer service and team work skills and a passion for making a difference.
