Due to internal growth and client demand we are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to be part of our permanent and contracts team. You will want to be apart of a successful and passionate brand and be an integral part of our growing business. You are passionate, influential and confident with a commercial focus who enjoys maximising your industry connections to place great people into great jobs!

Key Responsibilities in the role:

  • Working full 360 degree recruitment role with time spent building both Candidate and Client Relationships in the Health and Aged Care sector.
  • Providing end-to-end quality recruitment solutions with a consultative approach.
  • Leading strategic and targeted recruitment campaigns for all areas of the business;
  • Proactively identifying talent and creating and managing up-to-date talent pools;
  • Work closely with our Nursing Agency arm of the business to maximize existing strong relationships and identify new business

  • Previous recruitment experience (3+ years) in a like-minded industry advantageous
  • Proven record of providing exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process and maintaining those relationships
  • Display strong work ethic and determination to achieve results
  • Excellent relationship building skills and a customer centric attitude
  • Experience in bringing new ideas and challenging the status quo
  • A passionate recruiter that can bring a high level of drive and energy to the team
