Reporting to Team Leader, Early Years & School Age Care, your role is to

We are seeking a Family Day Care Field Officer / Coordinator to join the Kingston Family Day Care service.
  • To provide ongoing support, training, mentoring and resourcing of the Educators within the City of Kingston.
  • Monitor the daily performance of Educators, addressing any issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure Educators are adhering to childcare practices which reflect a high standard of care
  • Maintain effective administrative systems and procedures


About You

We are looking for an Early Years professional with a minimum two years’ experience in a similar role monitoring and supporting Family Day Care Educators
  • Minimum qualification Diploma Children’s Services (Bachelor preferred)
  • Understanding of home-based care & education
  • Extensive knowledge of the Education and Care Services Regulations and Law and the NQF.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
