Position Title: Mission Integration Manager (St Vincent's Hospital Sydney)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours per week: 40 hours (Negotiable)
Salary: $113,339 per annum (Full-Time)

Position Summary:
A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Mission Integration Manager with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. Our progressive and innovative team offers development opportunities for our staff and a caring environment for the delivery of high quality patient centred care.

The successful applicant(s) will be expected to be able to develop relationships with managers and staff in order to deliver existing Mission Formation Programs and develop other innovative methods to enable staff to grow in their understanding of the connection between their role and the mission of the organisation

The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those non-residents deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia only.

Selection Criteria

1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Hold tertiary qualifications in relevant fields such as education, pastoral care, theology, ministry, or healthcare
3. Have leadership experience in a Catholic context

4. Have highly developed skills in facilitating Mission Formation or other adult education processes

5. A demonstrated capacity to energetically develop networks and relationships with key people to open doors for learning and formation
6. Capacity to grasp organisational dynamics and the ways in which leaders are able to influence culture in a positive manner
7. Demonstrate a commitment to social justice and people who experience poverty and vulnerability
8. Capacity to organise rituals and liturgies which build a sense of purpose in the community gathered
