Position Profile: This position is based within the Procurement, Infrastructure and Contract Management division of NMHS, and responsible for leading and managing the service delivery of property and fleet management portfolio requirements for the North Metropolitan Health Service are wide services inclusive of the Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) Medical Centre, MHPHDS and Breast Screen WA

In this position you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Leading and managing the service delivery of the Property and Fleet services portfolio, where you lead consultation and the development of effective strategies that ensure the portfolio delivers on key business and commercial requirements
  • Provide technical and operational advice to senior stakeholders relative to the property leasing and contract management functions for NMHS and QE11 Trust
  • Oversee the Property and Fleet Services portfolios contractual obligations, developing procedures/policies that ensure compliance to contractual obligations both in-house and with that of tenant’s contractual obligations.

This opportunity is seeking an experienced Corporate Property Manager whom has a strong background in the management of large property portfolios, within a complex and diversified environment.
