Position Summary

  • The Records Management Standardisation (RMS) Project team within the Corporate, Finance and Logistics branch has been established to roll out the Records Management Standardisation Action Plan across the COVID19 Division.
  • This role will contribute to the delivery of the RMS Project and beresponsible for providing administrative support to the project team and project stakeholders.


  • Transfer all priority records from Outlook, MS Teams, MS SharePoint and Local Drives into TRIM EDRM.
  • Create new TRIM structures and folders to ensure records are easily accessible.
  • Assist nominated staff with day to day queries relating to record keeping.
  • Data quality and audit records created within the COVID 19 TRIM structures.
  • Provide support to nominated staff from each branch to clear backlog of priority documents identified.
  • Monitor the amounts of documents per folder moving records as required.
  • Update and or/create user guides for Records Management
  • Ensure staff are aware and adhering to the record keeping obligations set out by the department.
  • Keep accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative and departmental record keeping requirements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adapt to the changes in COVID-19 response environment as required.
  • Additional tasks may be identified as we work with each branch.
